Return policy

Changing your mind is completely fine. As a customer, you have a statutory right to return a purchased product within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items come with an extended 30-day return window. It's important to mention that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Important to remember

The item must be unused, unassembled and in new condition. If the item is sealed or sealed, it must not be broken. We reserve the right to make a reduction in value if you have used the item, it is missing its original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.


Complaint

As a customer, you always have a two-year right to complain about goods bought in WoodIN.se. Woodin products intended for private households and public environments.


Right of complaint for WoodIn products

In order for a complaint with us to be invoked, the following is required:
  1. That the product's care instructions have been applied.
  2. That the product has been used in a normal way.
  3. That the product has.

(i) stored in an intended manner.
(ii) not exposed to abnormal moisture or temperature changes.
(iii) has not been subject to damage caused by an accident (equivalent).
(iv) not modified in any way by the customer.

Normal wear, color changes, pilling or other normal changes during a product's life cycle do not entitle you to any right of complaint.


What measures does WoodIn take to assess a complaint case?

Woodin examines the customer's product and investigates whether the matter is covered by the right of complaint. In the event that there is a right of complaint, WoodIn will primarily remedy the fault in the product - or if this is not possible - replace the customer with a replacement product. If no replacement product is available (or the complaint concerns a service), the customer will instead receive a cash compensation. Such compensation is paid back to the customer in the same manner and to the same customer that paid Woodin.
